Flavor Sweet & Tart very remotely comparable with ripe Guava. Typical of Freshly extracted puree from well ripened Fruit. Free from any kind of cooked & off Flavour and Brix Level is above Min 9°.
It is stored in temperature controlled condition at -180C or below temperature for 24 months.
