Process:
Individually Quick Frozen totapuri mango dices derived from sound and matured totapuri variety, GMO-free. Slices are hand-made from ripened fruit. Slices passed through the Blast Freezer at -18 degrees C, inspected, packed & passed through a metal detector. Overall processing is done by maintaining strictly hygienic conditions throughout the processing line.
