Alphonso Mangoes are purchased from farms of Devgad or Ratnagiri.
The Mangoes are cleaned, sliced vertically or Chunks Cut and Deep Frozen at -30°C or colder in Blast freezer. Product derived from very sound and matured fruit.
Size of chunks are 20mm and 25mm. The Variation is due to manual cutting and the geometry of the fruit.(75% Actual Size and 25 % irregular).
It is stored in temperature controlled condition at -18°C or below temperature for 24 months.
